Stay put and travel. Meanwhile the landscape is flashing past. Sitting in a bus is sometimes a form of meditation. Bus is driving at the highway at the Afsluitdijk, a 20 miles long dike between an artificial lake and the sea in the north of Holland. Photograph: Afsluitdijk (NL), 8/19, 18.22 pm. Photography is maybe the most surrealistic art. A photographer always gives a certain twist to the “real” world. Framing, lightning and especially timing are essential.
